• High Meadow Stage opens at noon Thursday 7/13/23.

COVID-19 POLICY: The health and safety of our visitors, staff, and artists are our top priorities. Grey Fox will continue to follow current CDC recommendations, NYS and county guidelines at the time of the festival. Updated 1/1/2023

TICKETS

• All campers and full-weekend visitors (13 years and up) must have a full-festival ticket. Vehicle passes are additional.
• When purchasing your ticket, please choose what type of camping you would like (quiet, pickers paradise, etc.)
• Day ticket sales open on 2/14/23. Free day parking and shuttle. No vehicle pass necessary.
• Kids 12 and under are admitted FREE with a ticketed adult.
• Senior Day Pass (60+): $85/day at gate only with ID. Free parking & shuttle.
• Sunday Admission is free. Music 10am-2pm.

OFF-SITE CAR CORRAL VEHICLE PASS:

• All High Meadow campers and glampers must park vehicles in Car Corral. May drop off gear at High Meadow turn-around 'til 11am Thursday.
• Also option for campers who wish to unload onsite, then park in Car Corral for the weekend. Shuttle to/from Car Corral Thursday-Sunday.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

FESTIVAL HOURS:

• For Campers: 7:00am Wednesday, July 12 (weather permitting) thru 5:00pm Sunday, July 16, 2023.
• For Day Visitors: Thur/Fri/Sat/Sun 7:00am to close of each day’s entertainment. No camping.

CAMPING CONDITIONS:

• Dry Camping is included with purchase of full festival ticket. Spots are available on a first come, first served basis.
• Vehicle Parking Passes are additional cost, to be presented upon entry.
• There will be no roping or taping of camping space. Plan ahead, come in together, or bring friends’ tents with you.
• Tent campsites are limited to 20x25 feet.
• Our staff will be on hand to help guide RVs, 5th Wheels, etc. into camping spots.
• Hook-ups: A limited number of reserved hook-up sites are available while they last.
• Day tickets do not include camping privileges.

WHAT’S OK / NOT OK / NEEDS PRE-APPROVAL:

• Approved: Off-the-ground cook stoves, hibachis, and grills.
• Prohibited: Pets, glass, drones, ground fires, fireworks, luminaries, firearms, ATVs, scooters, or other unlicensed motorized vehicles.
• Pre-approvals: Personal golf carts MUST be approved with insurance certificates on file in our office in advance.

SALES / REFUNDS / TRANSFERS:

• All sales are final. No refunds. Ticket transfer options are available.
