FESTIVAL HOURS

• CAMPING Valid 7am Wed 7/17/24 to 5pm Sun 7/21/24.
• DAY TICKETS Valid 7am to 1 hour after close of each night’s show. Sunday is FREE with food bank donation.
• HIGH MEADOW STAGE: Thur Noon to midnight; Fri 11am-midnight; Sat 11am-midnight; Sunday 10am-2pm.
• WEDNESDAY (Open Mic & Dance Bands) 6pm-midnight for campers only.
• CATSKILL STAGE 10am Thur/Fri/Sat to 1:15am each night.
• CREEKSIDE, GRASSROOTS & FAMILY STAGES tba.

Covid Policy (updated 1/1/24): For the health and safety of our fans, artists, and volunteers, Grey Fox will continue to follow CDC, NYS, and Greene County recommendations at the time of the festival.

TICKETS & VEHICLE PASSES

• ALL CAMPERS & WEEKEND ATTENDEES (13 years and up) must have a full-festival ticket. Weekend vehicle passes are sold separately. See below.
• VEHICLE PASSES: To park at your campsite or in the car corral, you must purchase a vehicle pass. When purchasing your full-festival ticket, choose the type of camping you would like (Pickers Paradise, High Meadow, Generatorville, etc.). You will then be able to purchase the appropriate vehicle pass, depending on vehicle length. Prices will be higher prices at the gate. Buy now and save.
• DAY PASSES go on sale February 14. If you are attending days only, do not purchase a parking pass. You will park in free day parking lot and take free shuttle to entrance.
• SENIOR DAY PASSES (age 62+) may be purchased in advance if your DOB is before 7/17/64. Seniors must show proof of age upon entry.
• KIDS 12 & UNDER are FREE with a ticketed adult. Be prepared to show proof of age.
• SUNDAY: Free with donation of non-perishable items to Community Action of Greene County Food Bank. Goods will be collected at the gate.

OFF-SITE CAR CORRAL VEHICLE PASS:

• All High Meadow campers and glampers must park vehicles in Car Corral. May drop off gear at High Meadow turn-around 'til 11am Thursday.
• Also option for campers who wish to unload onsite, then park in Car Corral for the weekend. Shuttle to/from Car Corral Thursday-Sunday.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

FESTIVAL HOURS:

• For Campers: 7:00am Wednesday, July 17 (weather permitting) thru 5:00pm Sunday, July 21, 2024.
• For Day Visitors: Thu/Fri/Sat/Sun 7:00am to close of each day’s entertainment. No camping.

CAMPING CONDITIONS:

• Dry Camping is included with purchase of full festival ticket. Spots are available on a first come, first served basis.
• Vehicle Parking Passes are additional cost, to be presented upon entry.
• There will be no roping or taping of camping space. Plan ahead, come in together, or bring friends’ tents with you.
• Tent campsites are limited to 20x25 feet.
• Our staff will be on hand to help guide RVs, 5th Wheels, etc. into camping spots.
• Hook-ups: A limited number of reserved hook-up sites are available while they last.
• Day tickets do not include camping privileges.

WHAT’S OK / NOT OK / NEEDS PRE-APPROVAL:

• Approved: Off-the-ground cook stoves, hibachis, and grills.
• Prohibited: Pets, glass, drones, ground fires, fireworks, luminaries, firearms, ATVs, scooters, or other unlicensed motorized vehicles.
• Pre-approvals: Personal golf carts MUST be approved with insurance certificates on file in our office in advance.

SALES / REFUNDS / TRANSFERS:

• All sales are final. No refunds. Ticket transfer options are available.
